Rothman Orthopaedic Specialty Hospital is a single-specialty surgical hospital in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Our hospital was developed by Rothman physicians to provide their patients high quality and patient-focused care.
Our facility features 6 fully-equipped operating rooms and 24 in-patient rooms. We are equipped for joint replacements, orthopedic surgery, pain management and spine surgery, as well as sports medicine, foot and ankle, shoulder and elbow, and hand and wrist procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Cyberknife Marketing Representative is responsible for visiting referral sources and building relationships with physicians and staff. Responsible for growing business in the community.        

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two to four years of marketing/sales experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software Word and Excel with good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Execute sales and marketing strategies within the territory, conducting sales calls to key physicians and physician groups.
  2. Conduct effective presentations to physicians and physician offices as needed.
  3. Represent company at community functions and professional organizations (attending provider marketing events, and other marketing efforts as assigned), support marketing efforts, including assisting with developing advertisements, mailing of provider marketing letters, scheduling etc.
  4. Maintain effective documentation and tracking sales activity.
  5. Work closely with the center manager to develop overall strategies and maintain an high level of customer service.
  6. Annual achievement of sales and revenue targets. Identify physician referral opportunities within the medical community via research and prospecting and develop long-term referral relationships.

  8. Manage (and continue to expand upon) existing referral programs and strategies.
